Hi, I'm MindbodyMy. Some of you know me as Myisha. If you found your way here, there's a good chance your body has been trying to get your attention.
Maybe it's the tension that never quite lets go. The tired that sleep doesn't fix. The stress you understand perfectly well, but still can't seem to shake. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
What I do
I'm a Mind Body Strategist and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. For years I've sat with people doing the hard work of understanding their stress, and I've trained other counselors to do the same.
What I kept seeing was this: insight alone isn't always enough. The mind could name what was going on, but the body was still carrying it. That's where my work lives now. I help you understand how stress, emotions, and life experiences show up in both your mind and your body, so you can respond with care instead of pushing through until you're empty.

Where to start
If you're not sure where to begin, begin with your body. It has been keeping track of everything you've been through, and it has a lot to say.
That's why I created Stress Signals, my guide to hearing what your body is telling you. It shows you where stress lives in you, what it's trying to say, and simple ways to answer it. It's short enough to read in one quiet evening, and practical enough to use every day after.
